Chapter 1: First Encounter

An autumn night, silent and profound.

The "Pink Love" necklace, the only one of its kind in the world and known as the most expensive jewelry, was scheduled to be auctioned at the largest black market auction in City B. It had been specifically designated by the CEO of North Palace Group, North Palace Yufeng.

However, the "Pink Love" necklace was stolen during the auction setup.

With the theft of the necklace, chaos erupted on the scene. Orders were given to seal the news, and bodyguards were dispatched en masse to conduct a thorough search.

"Finally got my hands on you."

In a narrow, dark alley, a petite figure changed clothes, hid the Pink Love necklace in her undergarments, and quickly moved through a passageway connecting two houses, heading towards a car parked at the intersection.

She was Mo Xiyang.

To avoid the bodyguards from the auction following her, Mo Xiyang immediately started the car and sped away from the area.

The mans gaze remained fixed on the side mirror outside the passenger seat. He saw two people chasing after the car from around the corner, but they didnt notice that he had gotten in the car.

"Could you take me to North Palace Group and notify Qin Hao? Ill give you a sum of money afterward."

As he said this, the dagger was removed from Mo Xiyangs neck, and the tension that had been building up finally eased.
